Where do the shipping rates come from?
From your Shopify shipping and delivery settings. Shopify calculates the options for the shopper's address, including local delivery, and the form shows exactly those. If a rate doesn't exist in Shopify, it doesn't appear in the form.
Does it work with my theme?
NativeCOD installs as a theme app embed, so it works with Online Store 2.0 themes such as Dawn and Shrine without editing code. It reads Shrine's quantity breaks and common bundle pickers, and you can place the button with a CSS selector if your theme is unusual.
How are COD orders marked in Shopify?
They're created as real Shopify orders with payment pending and "Due on fulfillment" payment terms, tagged COD, with the phone number and campaign details saved on the order.
Will my delivery or fulfilment app pick the orders up?
Each order carries the same Shopify shipping rate a checkout order would, so apps that read the order's delivery method see what they expect. That's the reason NativeCOD exists.
What happens when I reach my plan's order limit?
You get a 10% grace allowance so you never lose a sale the moment you cross it. After that the button hides until the next month or until you upgrade.
